Hot Stone Massage is a holistic massage method that relieves sore muscles and produces a calm, soothing, peaceful state. It is used in conjunction with massage therapy.

The stones are placed in a water bath and heated to 125-135° F. The heated stones are then glided over oiled muscles and/or are placed on designated areas of the body such as between the toes or along side the spine. The heat from the stones increases the blood flow, giving way to deep tissue releases and softening of muscle tension.

This treatment is offered from November through April and available in 60 or 90 minute sessions.
